He received Doctor’s degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1993. His main research interests include millimeter-wave terahertz integrated circuits, radio frequency and microwave integrated circuits, as well as millimeter-wave terahertz technologies and systems. He has been granted more than ten national invention patents in fields such as terahertz devices and integrated modules, terahertz imaging, and terahertz communication, and has published more than 50 academic papers. He presided over a number of scientific research projects, including the key instrument project of the National Science Foundation of China.
1993年于北京理工大學(xué)獲電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)博士學(xué)位，主要研究方向包括毫米波太赫茲集成電路、射頻微波集成電路以及毫米波太赫茲技術(shù)與系統(tǒng)等。在太赫茲器件與集成模塊、太赫茲成像、太赫茲通信等領(lǐng)域獲批十多項(xiàng)國家發(fā)明專利，并發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇。曾主持自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)儀器項(xiàng)目“高靈敏度毫米波太赫茲波雙頻共口徑聯(lián)合相參云雷達(dá)儀”等多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目。
