Zhen LI

Lecturer of Computer Science and Engineering at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University (SMBU)



李真

深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)工程系講師

He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Jilin University in 2007 and 2010, respectively, and earned his PhD from Kochi University of Technology in Japan in 2019. From 2020 to early 2022, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Hong Kong in the Department of Psychology and the State Key Laboratory of Brain and Cognitive Science, where he focused on brain science research using psychophysics, fMRI, EEG, and machine learning to study stereoscopic vision. He previously held R&D roles at Huawei and Tencent. He has published multiple papers in leading journals in the field, such as Cerebral Cortex and i-Perception, as the first or corresponding author. As the first applicant, he has been granted two national invention patents. He is currently leading a project funded by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education. In 2024, he was recognized as a Category C Talent under Shenzhen's "Pengcheng Peacock Plan".

Research Interests: Biosequence Analysis, Brain Science, Brain Data Analysis.

20072010年分別獲得吉林大學(xué)學(xué)士、碩士學(xué)位;2019年獲得日本高知工科大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2020年至2022年在香港大學(xué)心理學(xué)系、腦與認(rèn)知國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室做博士后,期間從腦科學(xué)研究,主要使用心理物理學(xué)、fMRIEEG、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等方法研究立體視覺(jué)。曾在華為、騰訊從事研發(fā)方面的工作。以第一作者或通訊作者在領(lǐng)域內(nèi)知名期刊Cerebral Cortexi-Perception等發(fā)表多篇論文。作為第一申請(qǐng)人,申請(qǐng)獲批國(guó)家發(fā)明專利2項(xiàng)。主持廣東省教育廳項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。2024年被認(rèn)定為深圳市“鵬城孔雀計(jì)劃”特聘崗位C崗。

研究方向:生物序列分析、腦科學(xué)、腦數(shù)據(jù)分析。
